The Team

The Marketplace Operations department encompasses our Sales, Marketing, and customer operations teams. Reporting directly to the COO, you will collaborate with the Marketplace Operations leadership team to drive strategic change and innovation across our business operations. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company’s growth and success.

The role We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Program Manager to lead complex, strategic change initiatives across multiple functions and stakeholder groups. This role will be responsible for driving high-impact programs from ideation through execution to deliver transformative change for the organisation.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage and execute comprehensive program plans for major strategic initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance, to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.

Lead the coordination and communication across workstreams, ensuring seamless integration and a cohesive change management approach

Establish a robust governance structure with clear roles, responsibilities, decision processes and program artefacts (status reports, dashboards, etc.)

Proactively identify dependencies, resource needs and escalate risks/issues in a timely manner to leadership

Track and communicate program performance against defined metrics, milestones and desired future state

Identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, remove blockers, and ensure programs stay on track to achieve targeted outcomes and benefits

Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic guidance and recommendations throughout the lifecycle

Your profile

8+ years of experience leading complex, transformative programs impacting multiple business functions

Proven ability to influence and drive results through partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders

Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Exceptional organisation, communication and presentation skills

Ability to translate strategies into concrete, actionable plans

This senior-level role calls for an exceptional program leader with the ability to drive strategic change across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will combine formal program management expertise with outstanding leadership, collaboration and communication skills.
