Digital Platform Within the CITO division Retail NL Tech, the domain Digital Platform is the main driver behind the digital experience of our 7 million customers and enabler of the most strategic objectives of Rabobank . Within Tribe Digital Platform, our squads work on

the d igital experience for our clients. Together with all the teams in the Area Consumers and Area Business, we are responsible for the core features in the banking app of Rabobank. This includes both mobile and web applications. Think about timeline, insights and overview pages. The teams are responsible also for the quality, performance, security and compliance of these services. a digital As part of the area, you will aim to achieve this with your teams and colleague Tech Leads. Role As a Tech Lead you are primarily managerial and integrally responsible for IT Delivery. Think of good performing teams, hiring good people and a robust production process. Aspects such as performance and compliance in the context of standards, information security and risk are important in this respect. Your teams are responsible for both Change and run or better: DevSecOps. Imagine a dynamic environment where you will be a stakeholder to ensure that right expertise is put on the right teams and services, so that the best features can be built for our clients. You work closely with the product owner, solution architect and the scrum master to ensure a healthy backlog, interesting work environment and wellbeing of the team. Profile As Tech Lead you have a high tech savviness in the field of software development, security and performance. You are experienced in the agile way of working, understand the risk & compliance needs of a bank, and possess a broad interest and opinion on IT trends. You are a self-starter who can take ownership and has the intrinsic motivation to make a positive impact. You are experienced in hiring the right engineers and work with squads directly to make a positive impact for our customers. The Tech Lead we are looking for is a people-oriented collaborator. In addition, it is important that you have the following characteristics: Academic working and thinking level; At least 2 years of experience in similar roles within complex IT environments; Accustomed and comfortable with a “span of control” of approximately 20-30 employees; Knowledge of and experience with DevOps teams and scaled Agile; Relevant experience in software development and management; Experience in guiding DevOps teams; You have achieved demonstrable results by guiding teams towards autonomy and a high level of performance; Demonstrable affinity and passion for digitization and Cloud technology; Mastery of the English language (business level, writing and speaking); You take on a pivotal role by weighing interests and risks together with the business.
