The products are supplied to leading retailers and A-brands in approximately 40 countries. WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

Due to further professionalization and our international growth prospects, the new position of Business Controller has been created, which is part of Group Finance. Key duties and responsibilities include: Preparing and contributing to the monthly business reviews with the subsidiaries and actively monitoring improvements together with the local Finance managers. Contribute to improving performance through continuous monitoring of KPIs. Responsible for correct and complete recording of sales and production data in the ERP system. Supporting local finance teams with ad hoc activities, but also with the budget, audit process and ESG reporting. Providing financial and trend analyses for sales, purchase and operations. Support local management team in drawing up business cases and optimizing management information and improving systems and procedures (including Power BI, CRM, Patch, ADP/time registration) Actively participate in various improvement projects, such as;

Supporting and monitoring operational improvement projects (together with operations) Supporting and monitoring standardization and improvement processes in the administrative organization (e.g. automation of processes and administrative recording)

WHAT DO YOU BRING?

Academic level of work and thinking, combined with relevant training c. 3-5 years of work experience in an international company or at BIG4 Affinity with IT tooling (MS office, BI, ERP and other business applications) Good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written The will to master the business and go “in depth” where necessary AS A PERSON:
