As a

Senior Pensioen Business Analist

at Accenture Technology, you will work side-by-side with colleagues to support Financial Services organizations in the insurance industry in becoming ‘high-performance’ organizations. Will work in international and multidisciplinary project teams, together with the clients to bring the best of Accenture to our client and align Technology with the strategy and goals of our clients. Processes

You will be involved in gathering requirements, design and/or implement technology best practices and supporting business and challenge existing ways of working and implement improvements where necessary with a focus on the delivery of large and complex (IT)projects.

Technology

You will work with different delivery techniques such as agile, scrum, SAFe and DevOps.

Data

You will have roles in programs and in project delivery which aim to improve data, but you will also use data in order improve current processes and IT architectures.

Here’s what you’ll need You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree

More than 5 years of relevant work experience as a Business/Process analyst in the Dutch Pension industry

A deep understanding of the Dutch pension market (Pensionfund's, etc.), its regulatory framework and its products and a solid understanding of upcoming changes for the industry because of the New Pension System

An ability to design / redesign business processes related to policy mutations

Experience with process design tools.

Bonus points if you have A background in an IT environment

Strong analytics skills

A critical view on standardizing business processes as much as possible

Good communication skills (both in Dutch and English) and able to stand your ground in client workshops

Affinity with the Financial Services industry and technology.
