Dutch Overview: We are seeking an experienced M&A Director for our international investment banking client in Antwerp or Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, leadership abilities, and a proven track record in managing complex and international transactions. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Strategy : Lead and mentor the M&A team, Develop and implement M&A strategies, Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Deal Execution : Oversee the M&A process from pitch to closing, Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and valuations, Prepare and present pitches and proposals. Client Management : Maintain strong client relationships, Provide strategic advice to clients, Ensure exceptional client service. Collaboration : Coordinate with cross-functional teams, Promote a collaborative team culture. Market Analysis : Stay updated on market trends and industry developments, Offer insights on M&A opportunities. Qualifications: 7-11 years in M&A or investment banking. Proven success in leading M&A transactions. Strong client relationship management. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). Leadership and team management.
