As an Administrative Employee within our company, you will work in a team that is the connecting link between the various departments of our organization, ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of administrative data. You are responsible for the accurate and correct processing of administrative data. In addition, it is important that you can work swiftly and independently. In this role, you will … Verify and process incoming orders with precision. Manage and maintain accurate records of pallet stock and transactions. Handle and resolve case-related tasks efficiently. Manage both incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing. Handle telephone and email inquiries professionally and promptly. Process and send sales orders to clients. Educational Background : Completed MBO education in an administrative field or equivalent MBO thinking Experience:
