As an IT security engineer, you play a key role in NN Bank's technological journey to become the digital retail bank of the Netherlands. NN Bank has created a cloud foundation and moved a large number of its applications to the cloud. You will have the opportunity to further improve the security of our cloud platforms and support our DevOps teams in their secure development of advanced applications and technologies. In addition to in-house developed and managed applications, NN Bank also uses SaaS solutions. Another role of the IT security engineer is to regularly assess the security of our solution providers. The specific responsibilities of the IT security engineer include: Improving the security fundamentals for NN Bank Automating recurring manual work in IT security control activities and automating security requirements in our CI/CD pipelines and developing best practices and security standards with NN Bank's security officers Supporting and coaching DevOps teams in their secure software development process and promoting (cloud-native) application security As a Security Officer, you would also be assessing security documentation and providing advice to one of NN Bank's business domains Identifying current and emerging security technologies, trends, vulnerabilities, and threats, and playing an active part in managing risks Assessing (new) service providers regarding their security Wat wij jou bieden
