team of Cell Banking & Transient Production

.

Th

is

team

consists

of two sub

-

teams

,

one

is responsible for

the development

and

production

of

tumor cell banks and

the other one

is responsible

for

the production of

proteins

through

our

transient

cell line

systems

.

You

will

be responsible for

creating master and working cell banks for

tumor

cell lines with your team. Responsibilities With your up-to-date knowledge of and experience in different cell culture techniques you will culture small scale to large scale

tumor

cell banks

for research groups within Genmab.

Establish good laboratory practices and

maintain

the

high-quality

cell banking procedure

With your excellent d

skills,

you will document your

work and continuously

asses

good documentation processes

Continuously

assess

and proactively look for ways to

improve

our

current

work flows

and

optimize

our processes.

Requirements This established position can fit you, if you have the knowledge and experience to fill the role of Research Associate. You have relevant experience and are highly motivated to perform

cell banking

activities

. You are not hesitant to take

initiative

, enjoy working in a team and inspire others with your enthusiasm. Off course, you are interested in the latest developments in cell banking and protein production. More specifically, we ask

for the following qualifications

: A completed

MLO or HLO

ed

ucation in

Biotechnology or Applied Sciences or related fields.

At least

1-

2 years of work experience in

a

GLP/GMP environment with various cell culture techniques in either biotech, pharma companies or academic environments.

Have h

ands on mentality

as

this role requires actively working in the lab.

Capable of working and

maintaining

a GLP laboratory.

Capable of

organizing and prioritizing work.

Recognizing

the importance of working according to the agreed research-based Quality System, which includes adhering to procedures and detailed documentation of your work.

Experience with electronic lab documentation systems.
