As a Client Services Senior Consultant, you will provide technical support to customers, answering most complex questions on function and usage of the OneWelcome product via telephone, email, and/or internet; You will also provide mentoring to the technical consultants and serve as an escalation point within support, diagnosing the most complex problems, recommending workarounds, answering the most complex questions on usage of product; You will also work with Professional Services on the larger customer changes; Next to that you will be actively involved in the ‘run’ of the OneWelcome service where you will work with our SAAS Ops team (AWS/Kubernetes) as well as the devops team (running the service in a datacenter). As these teams focus on the availability of the software component, you will be involved in the more customer specific monitoring and alerting; To empower the service desk and some customer specific projects, you will be designing and developing functions and tools using (primarily) Python. About you You must be passionate about problem finding, solving and have a genuine interest in providing a flawless service to our customers and partners; To succeed at this job, you must be able to oversee the problem area and make a deep dives where needed based on an significant knowledge and experience; We are looking for someone with 5+ years industry experience working in a service related industry providing technical application support, in-depth troubleshooting and diagnostics; You must be fluent in English; We would like someone to join our team who has working knowledge of supporting a cloud service interacting with external systems. Networking such as protocols like TCP/IP; IPv4, IPv6 and internet HTTPS, TLS, certificates; Knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java), Linux, AWS, Kubernetes; VMware as well as authentication protocols as SAML and OIDC etc. is an advantage; Experience with Datadog is an advantage; You must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
