Customer Success Specialist (m/f/x)

  • Customer onboarding & customer loyalty
  • Preparation of quotations
  • Order processing
  • Customer support – provide technical support
  • Support Sales and Service

For Benelux, Denmark and UK


  • Completed commercial or similar training
  • Professional experience in Customer Service/Customer Success & Customer Care
  • Good Dutch, English and French know-how in writing and speaking – German is an advantage
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to work in a team (working with teams worldwide)
  • Technical flair
  • Strong initiative to find the necessary resources to be successful in this role
