articipate on strategic projects within cross functional teams and spar with diverse stakeholders Conduct in-depth market and customer research and trend analysis Identify growth opportunities by analysing the market Suggest and implement improvements to procedures and processes Resource and buy strategic intelligence from 3rd party providers Your Team The Market and Customer Insights Analyst acts as Kramp's external radar.

Market & Customer Insights team. We bring customer and market perspective together, to provide an 'outside-in' perspective. That empowers Kramp anticipate market changes, and deliver exceptional experiences to our customers. Sitting in the bigger Analytics Insights & Transformation (AI&T) department, we work directly

based decision making for all parts of our business. Who are you? You are curious, innovative and eager to leverage data to drive meaningful insights and solutions. You have: a Master degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field 3 years to 6 years' experience in a similar role a strong analytical mindset, strong outside in perspective and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies experience with Tableau or another business intelligence software
