Order Management Representative - Danish speaking

For our Customer Service team, we are looking for an Order Management Representative with excellent communication skills in English and Danish. Additional Nordic languages are a plus. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring that hospitals in Northern Europe receive our medical devices in time to perform a wide range of surgeries to patients that need them. After receiving training, you will process the daily order flow, ensuring a smooth supply chain through order management and follow up. Delivering output that is not only accurate but also on time is no easy feat, but with your calm personality and attention to detail you will make a positive difference in the life of patients and healthcare professionals. Our diverse and international Customer Service team is based at the European headquarters in Amersfoort (NL). Four teams; Order Management, Customer Relations, Master Data and Field Support, work together to support our customers throughout Europe. You’ll join a culture fueled by collaboration, innovation, and openness. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers regarding shipments and invoices Enter Data in SAP to book Customers’ Purchase Orders coming in through different channels (EDI: Electronic Data Interchange; email; Esker; fax; phone)

Process and manage in SAP the daily customer order flow Collect and analyze delivery reports from logistic service providers Communicate with internal departments including Warehouse, Finance, Master Data, and Credit Control to investigate and resolve customer disputes Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Quality Processes

What you bring

Relevant experience in a similar (Customer Service) position Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows-based computer applications Fluent oral and written communication skills in English Excellent oral and written communication skills in Danish. Other Nordic languages are a plus Experience with SAP is preferred
