Please apply with your CV, grade lists and motivation letter The work You will be an intern within the M&A Business Strategy team where you will have the opportunity to gain practical learning experience by actively supporting the M&A team in serving clients in different sectors and regions. Our Global Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice combines business and technology expertise and offers services throughout the M&A transaction cycle. Team: As an intern you will be working with members of the M&A strategy practice in the Netherlands but also across other European countries.

Daily tasks : As an intern, you will participate in projects in pre-deal and post-deal phases and work with our teams on M&A strategy to Define target areas for inorganic growth and scenarios for portfolio optimisation, Screen targets to identify potential acquisition and alliance targets, Perform Due diligence ranging from strategic, operational and ESG to IT and technology due diligence Help our clients plan and successfully execute merger integrations across all functions (IT, operations, finance, HR, supply chain, etc.) Help our clients plan and successfully execute Carve-outs and divestments, where you will participate in the planning, monitoring and execution of separation activities Form Joint-ventures and alliances, helping our clients choose and implement desired cooperation models Within all our internships, we offer you the opportunity to develop yourself, build relationships and gain insight into what it is like to work as a Strategy Consultant. Qualifications

Who you are You are currently a master's student and will be enrolled at a Dutch university for the full length of your internship You have an academic background in Business, Finance, Economics or Engineering You are Fluent in English You have done an internship in strategy consulting and/or M&A Bonus points if you...
