To make this possible we would like to bring on board a dynamic Segment Marketeer. Profile How you will make a difference You are a marketeer with a strong marketing communication expertise, who can switch effortless between strategic, tactical and operational levels. You are the local expert of your customer segment, combining local customer and business needs. You can both create a strong local vision as well as implement this in impactful communication concepts with the local customer segment team. As you are the linking pin between the local business and the international commercial team you are a star in stakeholder management and managing a lot of different projects at once. Together with your team: You will be responsible for the local conceptual and operational translation of the Group marketing and business strategy for your target customer segments. You will have functional responsibility for all local marketing activity in your segments and coordinate with local digital growth, content and communication colleagues. You will leverage strategic knowledge and understanding of your local markets, indispensable as input for your own and group roles and conduct local customer, market and competitor research, where needed to feed the international and local customer segment marketing strategy and execution. You will coordinate activities for the local head of business and personal banking (depending on the customer segments) and other local stakeholders as there are the MD, local legal, compliance and corporate communication. You will be the local point of contact for Group marketing, be it for support request to Group marketing for local marketing campaigns, be it Group marketing requests for multidisciplinary group project participation. You will execute and optimise (digital) marketing, communication & campaign plans, including a channel and content approach for your customer segment, in full alignment with the group customer segment strategy and campaigns. You will execute the group campaigns effectively on a local customized level, you tailor them to local regulation, local media, etc. Moreover, you coordinate specific local marketing campaigns with local agencies. You share experience and best practices how to develop your role and knowledge. You report to the team lead strategy & segment marketeers. You work very closely with the strategic marketeers, who also report to the same team lead. You are the linking pin with local business teams and the local marketing team, and work together with them on a daily basis.
