General Manager, Sales EMEA

INRIX is seeking a world class GM Sales, EMEA executive responsible for sales and Go To Market strategy for our public sector, enterprise and automotive sectors. Our ideal candidate is a roll-up-your-sleeves sales leader and savvy general manager who is experienced in developing and driving Go to Market plans targeting key verticals.

This brand-new position is responsible for developing and driving significant growth for our SaaS and DaaS based location and mobility data solutions via direct and channel partnerships. This is a hands-on senior role within the company and should demonstrate a proactive, business partnership style and the leadership capacity to assume increasing responsibility as the company grows. The role will report to the CRO, based in Seattle, Washington.


  • Drive overall business strategy across Europe, UK and the MidEast.
  • Directly lead overall sales in the region including current accounts and sales pipeline development for new global, national and regional agencies and enterprises
  • Plan and manage sales forecasts and communicate progress against targets regularly with executive leadership and sales team
  • Develop and manage Go To Market plan and work closely with Marketing to implement marketing programs for expanding the company's customer base
  • Identify and leverage strategic partnerships to cultivate and manage partner, distribution, and channel relationships
  • Build and mentor sales account management. Drive achievement of fundamental sales metrics and quotas across the sales account team
  • Collaborate extensively with the marketing team to develop and execute Go to Market plans

  • 15+ years sales leadership experience
  • Background in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Mobility, Location Intelligence, and/or Transportation & Logistics required
  • Experience in selling DaaS/SaaS offerings
  • Significant experience in managing relationships with customers and the ability to navigate large organisations to reach and influence key decision makers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial organisation while supporting large existing customers
  • Excellent ability to organize, synthesize, and share strategic insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders on product and sales teams
  • Results-oriented with a sense of urgency and passion; proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Ability to work across various cultures; fluent in multiple languages
  • Willingness to travel overnight up to 40%
  • Work location in region by major airport; flexible on city – located in Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Germany, Sweden or Switzerland
