About the Job As a C&P Finance Controller, you’ll be an integral part of the Global C&P Finance team. Your focus will span both Direct and Indirect spend, and you’ll play a pivotal role in driving performance across all regions and categories including Milk, Ingredients, Packaging, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Professional Services. Join us in shaping the end-to-end financial processes of our company. Your key tasks will include: Global ownership of the following reporting guidelines: Material, Manufacturing and Logistics Variance analysis. Stakeholder management: Collaborate with Global, Regional, and Local Finance teams and work closely with global category procurement heads, Quarterly rolling forecast and annual operating plan (AOP) preparation, analysis, communication and consolidation. Monthly performance tracking: closing results, variance analysis, reporting, risk and opps. Consolidation and communication of the global material, logistic and manufacturing variance analysis. Preparation of performance decks for the senior management. Coordinate the different regions on a single standard process and calendar to ensure effective ways of working. Contribute and co – lead ad hoc ongoing projects. About you

You’re an analytical and detail-oriented person who can draw actionable insights fromfigures and spreadsheets while maintaining an overview of the bigger picture.

You have a ‘team-player’ attitude, an agile mindset and you adapt easily to changing situations. Resilience is highly valued and you are also a self-starter with a ‘can do’ mindset, always ready to generate and implement new ideas. Openness and reliability are key drivers in everything you do. Furthermore you have: Ideally you have at least 4+ years of finance related experience, such as : Controlling, FP&A, reporting. Have a Bachelor in Finance or related field. (a Master’s is a plus) Excellent analytical and data management skills Experience working with: Excel, Power Point, Power Bi, Outlook, SAP. About us
