Currently we are looking for a Treasury- and Insurance Specialist. In this role, you are responsible for the contribution to the Treasury and Insurance strategy and policies aligned with the department strategy and local regulations to ensure full compliancy. Implementation, execution and maintenance of the Treasury and Insurance strategy, policies, processes and tools are also part of your tasks. Responsibilities: Contribute to the long term treasury strategy on how to manage and optimize our cashflows and cash availabilities worldwide

Implement and manage a Global Treasury Management System

Translation of the long term treasury strategy into a clear treasury policy with instructions to the global finance community on concrete bank relations, payment authorization levels, funding requests, foreign exchange policies, etc

Set up of the yearly treasury plan that includes minimum required cash position, foreign exchange conversion to euro’s and policy on the amount of cash above the minimum required levels

Monitor the alignment of the subsidiaries with the treasury strategy and policies and identify improvements

Mapping of global cash flows in all currencies including management reporting, cash flow forecasting and advising on optimizations

Support to internal stakeholders within Finance Operations and Business control

Identify trends and developments in treasury processes and technology and advice management if it could contribute to its efficiencies

Develop, implement and maintain an internal insurance policy with instructions to the global finance community and other relevant internal stakeholders

Maintaining the existing insurance contracts, and yearly renewals

Coordinate the claim handling

Stay up to date with and advice on outside developments and on potential new insurances to ensure that Enza in insured against the main enterprise risks

You will collaborate with several internal and external stakeholders, you report to the Global Manager Tax, Treasury and Insurance based in Enkhuizen, The Netherlands. Your Power Specialist in Treasury, updated knowledge on insurance is a plus

Master’s degree, preferably Economics

Proficient in the English language, written and verbal, Dutch is a plus

Experience with global treasury management systems is a plus

Ability to work in a fast changing environment

Analytical skills

Being a team player

Good communication skills and the ability to act as an ambassador to engage the business stakeholders to live up to the policy

Hands on, pragmatic, flexible and accurate
