The position will be based in The Hague, Netherlands. Key Responsibilities You will be reporting to the Head of Financial Planning & Analyses and be a part of a larger team of functional Finance Business Partners and Financial Planning & Analysts. Your responsibilities will be split into the below three areas: Global Performance Management - 30% Which KPIs should our terminals look at and discuss with the regional and global leadership teams? Which performance meetings should we have, what should the agenda be, which material should be discussed and who should participate? These are key questions the person in this role need to have the answer to. Key deliverables will be: Improving our Operating System (performance meeting cadence, material etc.)

Run the scorecard and target setting process.

Ensuring the monthly performance cycles run smoothly and support the organization in the process.

Personal Objectives, yearly set-up from AMT to Terminals and regular updates to CEO on individual objectives.

Be the link between our regional FBP and head quarter, ensuring things are cascaded downwards and address any escalations or concerns from our regions.

Strategy Execution (Policy Deployment) - 20% Translating our strategy into concrete actions and performance measures is done through our Policy Deployment process. In this role you will be the finance owner of this process supporting the business owner on annual planning, and deliver the monthly performance updates. Projects – 50% A significant part of this role will be running global projects. Projects will vary from year to year but below gives an idea of what has been run recently and what is in the pipeline: In 2023

a key project was the development of a KPI Tree, enabling our organization to drill down from any KPI to the underlying key indicators in a BI solution. In 2024 & 2025

the key project could be to support our key transformation program FLOW in developing their business case, track progress and benefits, and coordinate between HQ and terminals to ensure cost and benefits are reflected in budgets etc. The roles is supported by a small team in the Global Service Center. What we are looking for? Candidate will have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration combined with 5+ years of relevant experience in business finance roles

Be a self-driven and outgoing team player with excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage, challenge and influence across functions and disciplines.

Be a clear and concise communicator with high degree of executive presence.

Possess the drive and determination to deliver results and inspire others to continuously improve.

A flair for analysis and numbers

Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
