Ad-interim possible The Start-up Manager is accountable for proper start-up preparation and start-up execution of the RDCG project. Ensures a safe, timely and efficient Start-up of the RDCG project within the Neste quality requirements. Building and leading the start-up organisation and ensuring line organisation involvement & buy-in as a member of the local operations management team. More about the position The Start-up Manager shall be responsible for, but not limited to the following: Building and Leading the Start Up Organization. Responsible for timely and high quality start-up plans according to the agreed milestones Responsible for a safe, compliant, efficient and timely execution of start-up. Responsible for execution of the pre-start up safety review (PSSR) for the dedicated areas of responsibility Responsible for aligned handover from commissioning to start-up. Responsible for integrating the commissioning and Start-up schedule & resources in the overall planning of the project after Mechanical Completion. Member of the Operations leadership team reporting to the Operations Manager. All members of the owner’s team are expected to help other owner’s team members, substitute during holiday period and be flexible to contribute to the content outside own primary responsibility area with respect to project requirement in different phases and also share their knowledge Keeps project Steering Management and Site Management up to date through reporting on clear and approved KPI` s.
