You and your job In this role within the global Communications and Corporate Affairs department, your projects centre around leadership, executive and strategy communications. That way you contribute to worldwide strategic alignment and to our reputation as a cooperative bank. Together with your colleagues you are responsible for realizing regular CEO and Managing Board updates to global leaders and all employees. You will translate complex content into easy to understand, meaningful storylines that are globally consistent and locally relevant.You develop great content while smoothly managing processes and stakeholders. As you are an expert in bringing the Rabobank strategy to life, you are the linking pin between strategic messaging of the Managing Board and our global communications communities. At the same time, you will develop a data-driven leadership and executive communications approach and planning for the year ahead. Always in close cooperation with the other support staff of the Managing Board. Expertise and creativity come into play when improving on existing formats and adding the latest innovative developments in communication to the mix. On top of this, you are always open to kick-start and deliver on the occasional special strategic projects. With you on board as a Communications Expert & Project Manager, the Corporate & Internal Communications team will have around 10 colleagues. You and your talent Relevant university degree or equivalent; Relevant experience (7+ years) in a demanding communications environment. 3+ years of experience with leadership communications in another multinational is a must; Knowledge of and experience with reputation management and the Reptrak model Excellent communications craftsmanship (writing, presenting, scripting, presentations, visualization, social etc.); Result and output oriented; self-starting; Organizational and political sensitive; Fluent in English and Dutch. This is what we offer you a salary in the range of € 6.155,29 up to € 8.793,26 gross per month (scale 11, depending on knowledge, education and experience); a thirteenth month and vacation pay; an Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly income).
