You and your talent Educational Background:

University-level education with a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Scrum Master Certification:

Certified (PSM1/PSM2) Scrum Master with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience. Methodologies Expertise:

Experience with practices such as CICD, DevOps, Agile, Scrum, and ITIL. Coaching Experience:

Proven ability to coach and guide high-performance multicultural squads, intervening effectively in individual and group settings to enhance team maturity. Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and mentoring skills, focusing on the scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect; mastery of English (Dutch is a plus). Team Dynamics:
