Dev Ops Engineer Java/PowerShell/Python

As a (Senior DevOps) Engineer, you will be part of Area Tech4Ops. Your responsibilities include being a mentor for the junior and intermediate level engineers. You will play a key role in our Observability roadmap towards Self service and Automation. Customer focus, motivation and embracing change are clearly essential for the role of the senior engineer. You will collaborate with squads on Observability from as an expert but also deliver coding and automation skills to enable self service for the core Tracer enablement processes. Higher education degree in IT You have experience on Senior level (approx. 2-5 years) Have excellent English communication skills (Dutch would be an advantage) Have affinity with business processes and objectives of the Banking industry (large enterprise IT environments) Being a coach to the team, empowering and challenging the squad members in a constructive way (leading by example) Ideally, professional experience on providing consultancy services to internal consumers on Observability Have a solid knowledge of:

CI/CD principles Azure Cloud Azure DevOps

Have advanced experience with: Programming/scripting (i.e. Java/PowerShell/Python) Infrastructure as code (Terraform) Integrations “REST API” Observability solutions (e.g. Spunk, Splunk Observability, Dynatrace) Cloud-based design of the infrastructure Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes in a dynamic environment Open mindset to explore new technologies to solve business problems (Strong) Experience with working in a Scrum/Agile environment In addition, experience in any of the following would be great (and make you the perfect candidate), but is not mandatory: AWS Alerting Service Cloud Foundry This is what we offer you We are happy to help you achieve this by focusing strongly on your growth, development and investment in an environment where you continue to learn every day.
