As an experienced senior consultant in AML/CFT, you will support insurance companies with the many challenges they go through to comply with the AML/CFT regulatory framework. You will help them mitigate their risks related to money laundering, terrorist financing and sanctions violations and support them developing/ maintaining sound AML/CFT and sanctions programs and controls. As an AML/CFT Senior Consultant you will

Together with the client, look for efficient and effective solutions to the challenges brought by the AML/CFT regulatory framework and support the implementation of such solutions Work in team to assist clients with the implementation/remediation of the AML/CFT regulatory requirements, and support them in:

Designing, reviewing, enhancing, implementing, and monitoring ML/FT and sanctions detection Assessing AML/CFT and sanctions risks at the enterprise and business unit level Drafting and enhancing policies and procedures Providing trainings and create awareness Performing Know Your Customer (KYC) remediation Performing transaction monitoring (KYT) Performing testing and internal controls assessments

Work with different stakeholders, internal and external and across functional domains Closely monitor and follow up the regulatory and market evolutions in the field of AML/CFT Actively support the development and growth of the AML/CFT service offering towards our client Work with different stakeholders, internal and external and across functional domains

Required Profile

You have minimum 2 years of relevant AML/CFT experience as a consultant, business analyst or project manager You have good insights in how to work with different sources of law; You are a team player who can work autonomously You have a good knowledge of English and Dutch/French You are constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency within your work environment You are proactive, analytical and result-oriented You are able to build strong relationships at all levels of business You possess a professional and effective oral and written communication style You like variety in your job and you are flexible You are enthusiastic, eager to learn, driven and customer-oriented.
