As a Customer Operations Coordinator, you will: Manage a Portfolio of Ricoh Partner Accounts:

Oversee the operational aspects of customer support, order bank management, warehouse operations, shipments, and export control. Order Processing and Shipment Coordination:

Efficiently process customer orders into warehouse workflows, ensure timely shipments, and handle export controls to meet performance targets and delight our customers. Customer Relationship Building:

Anticipate and address the needs of our distributor partners, maintaining strong relationships to exceed business expectations. Process Improvement and Project Participation:

Collaborate with the Customer Operations team leader to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and implement new work practices. Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing department performance. Cross-Functional Cooperation:

Work closely with Ricoh Europe Supply Chain and other internal teams to ensure alignment and achieve key results for Ricoh Europe and Ricoh International. What You Bring

Educational Background and Experience:

MBO education or equivalent work history and operating level, with at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. Technical Proficiency:

Knowledge of ERP and WMS operating systems (Oracle beneficial), databases, and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Industry Knowledge:

Understanding of warehouse, supply chain, forwarder, financial, inspection, export control, and customs processes. Professional Skills:

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and cost-saving mindset. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle complaints effectively. Language Skills : Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a plus. What We Offer
