One can think of, assisting companies with their first listing on the Belgium stock exchange (IPO), or a merger, but also more daily driven activities such as assisting companies with their annual general shareholders meeting, dividend/coupon payments and shareholder identification. Your job

As a Corporate Broker: You will be responsible for assisting the team with their day to day activity with an important focus - but not limited to - Germany and the various IT tools used by our clients. You will need to build a bridge between IT, clients and the respective account managers. Furthermore, we have a strong wish to automate and standardize operational processes, enabling us to focus on our clients and try to keep adding value to our customers. Working environment

Do you recognize yourself in the following profile? In that case, we would like to receive your application! You are a Belgian Native speaker with good communication skills; You have a bacholor or acadamic work level and you already know a bit about financial markets; You can translate clients needs to requirements and vice versa; You are multi-tasker, who is not afraid of handling administrative tasks, but can also grow into a role of Belgian / French account manager; You like to work in a dynamic and entrepeneurial environment, as we are sometimes seen as start-up within the bank.
