Your start and responsibilities:
Unique training program in the first month, followed by hands-on experience on the floor to quickly become familiar with our field;
Collaborate with an experienced Consultant to build a network with new and existing clients;
Identify the needs and preferences of candidates and ensure the right match;
Develop knowledge of the job market and learn how to best advise candidates (face-to-face) during the selection process;
Guide your candidates through the interview and contract process;
Work with your Key Account Manager to close your own deals;
Participate in weekly meetings with your team to discuss emerging trends, effects, and analyses you have observed in the job market.
