Set frameworks and guidelines for departments in collaboration with department heads. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experience. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments. Implement cost control measures without compromising service quality. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. You will lead Front Office Manager, F&B Manager, and Facility Coordinator, while also indirectly managing 60 colleagues Optimize work processes. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Monitor budgets, margins, and create action plans for budget overruns. Identify areas for improvement and offer support to department heads.
Qualifications:
5 years of operational experience. Strong decision-making skills. Good team motivator and leading by example mentality. Excellent command of Dutch and English.
