Senior Destinations Revenue Specialist

In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing the revenue of a diverse portfolio of summer holiday destinations such as the Greek Islands. Additionally, you'll drive continuous improvement and innovation across various projects.

Your impact

Optimizing flight and accommodation yielding: Manage predefined booking flows, ensure coverage of contracted capacities, and monitor targets for destinations. Creating risk & opportunity, sales & priority analysis: Provide insights to stakeholders about the performance of your destinations portfolio. Project management: Lead projects focused on algorithm advancement, financial commitment management or implementation of new tools or work processes. Coordinating commercial priorities: Collaborate with counterparts in departments such as Pricing, Flight Executive, and Contract Management to align and achieve shared goals. Continuous improvement: Develop and implement new ways of working to enhance the performance of the Revenue Management team.

This compensation & benefits scheme is for candidates based in The Netherlands. If you are based in another country (Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, France) the compensation package will differ.

What skills will bring you to the top?

You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Leisure studies. You have 7+ years of experience in Revenue Management or Business Analysis. Affinity with the travel industry is a plus. You have strong analytical skills and have worked with Excel and/or Power BI. You are able to work independently and provide guidance to colleagues. You take initiative and possess a result-oriented mindset.
