Because a larger number of our staff is with a partner, you will work together with the IT Lead and the two other internal Chapter Leads, on sustaining and improving the cooperation with this partner As a Chapter Lead, you will combine working as an IT engineer with your role as Chapter Lead. About 60% of the time you will work in your own Scrum team. The rest of the time you will manage your chapter. Being a Chapter Lead includes: • Educating yourself and others with the right technical capabilities and the latest innovations. • Mentoring your Chapter members on technical craftsmanship. • Actively participating in knowledge gaining and sharing by joining triangles, circles, communities and events. Furthermore, focus on proper knowledgedissemination across the teams, pushing the limits of ourtechnology and focussing on holistic solutions. • Proper alignment with stakeholders. For example, informing leadership on the alignment you have with the Solution Engineer on the technological landscape and lifecycle. Furthermore you ensure a current stack and room for innovation on the backlog by discussing this with the Product Owners. • Working in a DevOps environment and advocating the DevOps mindset. • On a strategical level you mentor your team, evaluate technical assessments, do interviews and ensure that new employees are properly onboarded. • Take care of the HR processes to facilitate all aspects relating to the influx, development, performance and outflux of employees. • Create and foster a healthy working environment and an inclusive culture for your Chapter. In the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) domain you will work in the Document and Records Management (DRM)department, responsible for the digital archive for all (international) departments of ABN AMRO. Being responsible for the digital archive, we interact with customers and almost all departments of ABN AMRO. DRM delivers these functionalities, while ensuring compliance with legislations such as AVG / GDPR. Because the digital archive contains billions of documents, bankmails, push notifications etc. we are well positioned to support thestrategic goal to become datadriven organization. Your profile

As you can see, we have certain expectations. We are looking for a Chapter Lead for QA/Test. But we are also open to discuss the possibility for being Chapter Lead for skills like Frontend or Java. Ideally, you already fit into them. You have strong QA/Test skills, but because we work in DevOps teams we also expect skill/knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture / Web Services – REST,MarkupLanguages like XML and JSON,experience withAzure Devops, SonarQube, Fortify, Jenkins andGIT You are familiar with the latest open source developments in your area of expertise. You are familiar with Cloud development, preferably Azure. Youare able to not only suggest and design solutions, but also able to put them into practice immediately by developing them. You have an exploratory mindset, on the lookout for new developments. An education in Computer Science, Information Science, Econometrics, Mathematics or Computer Science related fields. The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month. Five weeks of vacation per year.
