It's a client-facing, cross-functional role where you'll work closely with our clients, senior sales staff, marketing, and customer success teams across Europe.

As a Marketing Manager, you'll have the chance to directly impact revenue growth by generating demand and accelerating sales cycles across the EMEA region through a range of field marketing programs and digital strategies. This role is critical for expanding brand presence in the Netherlands, Belgium, UK&I, South Africa, Austria, Germany, and France.

Your creativity and strategic thinking will be critical in developing regional programs that align with the overarching global team objectives while meeting the unique needs of the regional market. With your exceptional communication and organizational skills, you'll also be responsible for executing engaging face-to-face meetings, events, and campaigns that drive pipeline goals for the team and region.

Some of the key activities of this role include: Work closely with the ABM Deals Lead, and regional sales team to identify new programs, activities, tools, and processes to create and implement a rolling 6-month marketing plan for each territory. Identify new lead prospects through internet research. Smart working - Plan, create, and execute personalised marketing campaign activities and events across key named accounts. Run, manage and attend marketing events e.g., Drinks Receptions, Dinners, Sponsorships & sports events. Track and report on all levels of pipeline metrics, including qualified sales opportunities, pipeline, and bookings contributions. Communicate and advocate for all marketing initiatives, new collateral, website tools, customer success stories, and upcoming events to the regional sales team. Collaborate with teams to drive pipeline progression of suspects and MQLs, SQLs, and closed won revenue and with marketing to support local programs. Represent Ansarada at sales meetings and events - building strong relationships with customers and providing personalised follow-up. What you bring with you: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - are highly organized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. Relevant experience in the same or a similar role Experience in SaaS marketing Confident in defining target personas, building messages and aligning stakeholders to execute a multi-touch marketing plan to drive pipeline progression of suspects and MQLs, SQLs, and closed won revenue. Thrive in a high-energy creative and metric-driven marketing team environment and are flexible and versatile to help your fellow Marketing team members. Super curious and customer-obsessed marketer.
