Reason of the vacancy: expansion Winning market share in the ServiceNow space substantially. They had their first big successes, winning large contracts and now building the team with 6 new additions, from Consultant – Senior Manager level. Interview with the MD : “After successfully having set up the SAP team, it’s now time for a proper ServiceNow effort, which will become an even bigger success. For that we need the right talent with the right mindset. After that we will launch Microsoft and build out that effort, so enough room for growth. We need a total of 6 FTE’s, of which 5+ years’ experience to lead projects, but we also need capacities at a lower level to build a solid platform. If you don`t have ServiceNow experience, but at least GRC experience with the other tools/ solutions, that is fine as well. Team members are an open book, where you legitimately feel you can ask questions, they actually want you to ask questions to understand your thought process and be able to guide you best. Reporting line : In this role you will report to the Managing Director / Solution Lead Digital who fulfills a CCO role as well. Some selected key topics: Main job is to lead ServiceNow projects and make sure their clients get the best solutions for what they need. Handle complex ServiceNow projects and help figure out what problems their clients are facing. You will then work with a team of ServiceNow experts to come up with the best solutions. Ramp-up the delivery team with 5-6 people over the coming 1.5 year. Challenges and responsibilities: • The Director will lead the ServiceNow / GRC team and collaborate with clients • Manage large and complex projects • Help with sales activities, like writing proposals, provide demonstrations, working alongside the ServiceNow team --> It's a mix of helping the business grow and providing great service • Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and client visits • Guide their clients from strategic inputs towards detailed requirements • Preparing and delivering presentations • Support marketing outings & events and, recruitment to ramp-up the team Background: • 10+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow and/or GRC Software • You understand the software world (preferably ServiceNow) and/or understand Consulting (preferably Big 4) • Drive, energy and ambition • Someone who can - and wants to collaborate • Objective: someone who wants to further build ServiceNow together with the Managing Director (so you manage everything; Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Product, HR à you oversee Delivery, it is not the intention to do it yourself) • Fluent in English, Dutch is a big plus Education: BSc or MSc level Additional (Software Tools) Licenses & Certifications are considered a plus Offer: Above market-rate salary and very good secondary benefits.
