Group FP&A Controller

Group FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Controller As a member of Group Finance, you will be part of the Group Business Performance Team. The team is responsible for a wide range of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities. In your role as Group FP&A controller, you will be responsible for coordination and ownership of multiple FP&A processes such as month-end management reporting, monthly and quarterly forecast and be highly involved in the budget and Mid-Term-Plan (MTP) processes. Due to the large scope of activities, you will need to work closely with stakeholders across domains and geographies. You will report to the Head of Business Performance. Find out more here about how you can unleash your full potential at DLL Day to day: Preparing the monthly and quarterly reporting to the Executive Board and Supervisory Board. Support the coordination of the internal budget and Mid-Term-Plan processes, including owning the models used for multi-year target setting and the operational requirements related to tools and reporting. Further rollout and implementation of the profitability module in Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management). Increasing efficiency of (manual) processes done within Group Finance. Acting as a business partner by supporting DLL country finance members with inquiries and ensures the FP&A processes all run without disruptions. Developing and implementing new analyses and reports, linked amongst others to vendor and dealer profitability. Yearly maintenance and execution of the financial strategic clock, developed with other departments. Further developing the models for Stress Test projections and represent Group Business Performance in the Stress Test Committee. A natural interest in analyzing and solving complex (financial) problems. Strong analytical skills. Fluent command of English (verbal and written). Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel) and knowledge of SQL. Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Oracle EPM is a plus Experience in international matrix organizations is a plus.
