How you will make a difference You will help us to ‘finance change to change finance’, by managing smooth operations for TRMC’s activities while ensuring that we remain in control from a risk perspective. As a part of your key responsibilities: You will manage a team of 3 experienced Internal Account Managers You will collaborate and align with Triodos Investment Management as a strategic internal services provider for TRMC regarding portfolio administration, financial administration and customer due diligence. This includes maintaining the service level agreement with Triodos Investment Management You will collaborate and align with Triodos Group on services to TRMC such as tax, legal, risk, compliance, etc You will maintain oversight and creation of all processes, procedures and work instructions for TRMC You will be responsible for high level risk management and resolving risk events You will contribute to and help build the wider TRMC strategy What you will bring Your unique potential and your values matter for us most. In this role, you will manage a team of 3 Internal Account Managers, one of whom is responsible for the Donations and two who are responsible for the Investments.
