You and your job As a Medior Investment Manager you will be able to develop yourself to a leading investment professional. You and your talent A Masters degree or equivalent (strong GPA), CFA/VBA is a pre; 4+ years of relevant and current working experience in e.g. asset management, strategy consultancy, accountancy, investment banking/private equity, leveraged lending or a transaction oriented legal practice; A legal background, current experience and knowledge of drafting and negotiating finance documents for unitranche and structured financing solutions; Strong modeling, presentation and data management/analytical skills with attention to detail; Fluent in written and spoken English, any additional language is a pre; You are focused on learning and contributing to the continuous improvement of the investment team; High ambition and an open/entrepreneurial mindset; Strong negotiation (including reviewing and negotiating complex loan agreements and related legal documents) and communication skills; Team player with ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
