You are the Front Desk Attendant, the Up & Cross Selling Specialist, the Speedy-Internet-Surfing-Problem-Solver…that's you! You are the welcoming force in the hotel, the FUN HUNTER in WOW-ing our guests, YOUNG AT HEART suggesting guests what to do and you are PLAYFUL. Your day will consist of: - Working together with the team to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests* Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assinging room, and       issuing and activation room key.* Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate  and adress guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.* Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit or credit* Process all check-outs including resolving and any late and diputed charges* Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions or      concerns* Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in* Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas   of interest* Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests,    and check reports for accuracy* Complete designated cashier and closing reports. Count bank at the beginning     and end of the shift. Balance and drop receipts according tot Accounting          specifications
