The Reporting team is responsible for all financial reports sent to our regulator, the Dutch Central Bank. Important key figures such as our capital and liquidity ratios are calculated, analyzed and reported by the Reporting team. The preparation of these ratios and reports is an extensive and complex process. The team is also involved in various internal projects and changes due to legislation and regulations. Including you, the Reporting team consists of seven people. This is a relatively small team, which means that everyone has a lot of responsibility and that everyone is involved in multiple reports. That's what you like to use your talents for as Senior Specialist Reporting at Van Lanschot Kempen. In addition, you will have the following tasks: Delivering various (supervisory) reports, for example liquidity reports such as LCR, NSFR and ALMM; Contribute to the further streamlining of reporting and other projects; Understanding the impact of new regulations and translating them into data requirements. As a Senior Specialist Reporting, you will have the opportunity to study the regulations in detail. You will delve deeper and make connections with other reports, developing a helicopter view in addition to in-depth knowledge. Good cooperation, both within and outside the team, is of great importance. In addition, you are analytically strong, show initiative and monitor the quality of the reporting process on a daily basis by finding the right balance between timeliness and accuracy of the information. In addition, you have: A completed HBO or WO education; At least 3 years of experience with regulatory reporting, preferably at a financial institution; Affinity with data (analysis); Good communication skills in English; Knowledge of banking products and processes and/or prudential regulations (CRR, CRD, LCR DR).
