IT Lead CPRS

As Tech Lead Credit Policy and Risk Support you will contribute to facilitate an excellent client & employee journey by leading and supporting the squads in accurate implementation of simple and smart credit policies. Your squads will further improve current applications and develop new ones as well, which facilitate various assessments and the creation of the needed triggers to support, for example, the Risk Classification of our clients. You are part of the Tech Domain MT Business Lending in which you are involved in technical, organisation and also human aspects. Make sure that two new teams will be successful and deliver value from the start Be part of the solution in closing the gap between policy makers and IT squads Increase stability and availability due to several improvements in IT WoW and Software delivery. Co-leading the Area – based on IT expertise – with topics as; Security, Continuity, High Performing Engineering, Innovation and Simplification. Attracting and guiding IT talent within Rabobank; You ensure a culture in which psychological safety and continuous curiosity and willingness to learn are central.

Responsibilities Tech Domain Business Lending representative in steering triangle at area level with Area Lead and Business Architect in the Area Leadership Team; Responsible for IT stability and security aspects of systems in production Responsible for IT WoW within the squads (IT standards of TBL and CITO) Responsible for approximately 30 IT members divided over 3 squads, growing to 45 IT members in 5 different squads in the upcoming months. Proactively managing dependencies with various parties (cross Area, cross Tribe) Hiring, developing and retaining top talent in an overheated IT market. Facilitating a psychologically safe environment, in which learning and experimentation are central!

You & your talent WO or HBO work and thinking level; > 5 years of experience in the banking sector; > 5 years of experience within the IT environment, with strong technical roles > 3 years of experience with managing roles in IT, responsible for change man, risk, budget, HR, planning and quality) Experience in leading change and software delivery of client facing applications, in a complex application landscape Customer focus, always think about the impact and value for end users Experience with HR activities; Excellent communication skills, spoken and written, Dutch and English. Experience with Vendor management and specifically with software suppliers; You are organizationally strong and know your way around the organization; You are organizationally sensitive and therefore able to quickly gain a broad and in-depth insight into the coherence of highly complex and sometimes politically sensitive issues that have a group-wide impact;
