As a Content Manager, you are responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that this knowledge is presented in an attractive manner. This can be achieved through our own website, social media, print, or through our bankers who interact with our clients on a daily basis, finding ways to reach both clients and prospects. Alongside the other content manager in the team, you are responsible for organizing the content calendar. You will receive assistance from internal and external writers, but you are also proficient in writing and editing texts yourself. Additionally, you will be engaged in: Creating and improving content formats Translating content into compelling social media posts for different target audiences Analyzing the content we use, utilizing internal available data to improve the content Managing the website and implementing website optimizations in collaboration with UX and digital marketers Brainstorming and implementing the possibilities of AI in your work, resulting in faster and more effective content production. You also have a “Can do” mentality and enjoy getting your hands dirty. Additionally, you have: Minimum HBO-level thinking and working ability Minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience in a marketing environment, preferably with experience or interest in financial services Experience with working with Content Management Systems and email delivery is a must (e.g. systems like Sitecore, Spotler, or similar tools) Experience with image and video editing software, such as Adobe and/or Canva, to enhance the content with engaging visuals Experience in gathering marketing data and translating it into creative content that improves the customer journey Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language, both orally and in writing. Working with diverse clients to make their investments more future-focused, sustainable and data-driven. Both nationally and internationally. As a Content Manager, you will join the Marketing, Sales Management & CX team, which consists of 14 specialists. The team is part of the Client Excellence Centre, which also includes Product Management, Knowledge Centre, and Sponsorship & Events specialists. You will work closely with these colleagues, as well as with the sales teams, external writers, online agencies, and IT colleagues.
