To successfully fulfill this role, you have: Proven track record in the area of Business continuity management; Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles; Experience and thorough understanding of BCM processes and IT stack; Up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements relating to operational and digital resilience; Professional and intellectual IT ability at university level – at least a Bachelor’s degree; Self-driven, proactive, organised, with the ability to identify what needs to be done; Strong team player who is willing to take responsibility (in case of crises also outside regular working hours); Strong analytical and communication skills, both verbally and in writing; excellent command of spoken and written in English. A matching share plan, where Van Lanschot Kempen doubles your investment (of up to €3,500 per year) in Van Lanschot Kempen shares. 27 days of leave of which 7 are part of the flexible budget (obv 40h). 1 month full salary when you take a sabbatical of 3 months or longer.
