As a Business Continuity Manager (including operational and digital resilience) you are proactive when it comes to safeguarding our business continuity. You will support Van Lanschot Kempen in further developing and maintaining our Business Continuity Management framework and lifecycle (including Business Impact Analysis, Risk and Mitigation Assessment, business continuity planning and crisis management training & exercises). Together we will ensure that our stakeholders are aware and prepared for managing different business continuity incidents and ensuring swift restoration of a normal state of affairs. Furthermore you are engaged with the following: You will take the lead in enhancing the process regarding our (strategic) business impact analysis, risk and mitigation assessments and business continuity plans. Your monitoring, reporting and quality assurance will provide critical insights that help us stay ahead of the curve and continuously improve our approach. Enhancing the robustness of the crisis management organization and business continuity measures in the face of an evolving threat-landscape and fast-changing banking and asset management environment Challenge the execution of IT and business continuity tests, train the crisis management organization, and monitor the performance of business continuity activities. With a proven track record in the business continuity management life cycle, up-to-date knowledge and experience with crisis management standards, disaster recovery, and tech continuity, you bring a unique and comprehensive skillset that drives quality improvement and implementation. To successfully fulfill this role, you have: Proven track record in the area of Business continuity management; Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles; Experience and thorough understanding of BCM processes and IT stack; Up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements relating to operational and digital resilience; Professional and intellectual IT ability at university level – at least a Bachelor’s degree; Self-driven, proactive, organised, with the ability to identify what needs to be done; Strong team player who is willing to take responsibility (in case of crises also outside regular working hours); Strong analytical and communication skills, both verbally and in writing; excellent command of spoken and written in English. Working with diverse clients to make more future-oriented, sustainable and data-driven investments. Both nationally and internationally. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our organisation effectively manages these risks, and is provided with valuable insights to make informed decisions. As Business Continuity Manager you are also entitled to: A gross monthly salary between € 5,212 and € 6,903 depending on your knowledge and experience. A flexible budget of 19.47% of your gross salary. The budget consists of a 13th month, 8% vacation allowance & 7 extra days off. You can use this to buy a bicycle, your gym membership, but also to save for a sabbatical! It is also possible to have the entire budget paid out at any time during the year. A matching share plan, where Van Lanschot Kempen doubles your investment (of up to €3,500 per year) in Van Lanschot Kempen shares. 27 days of leave of which 7 are part of the flexible budget (obv 40h). 1 month full salary when you take a sabbatical of 3 months or longer. Your commute is reimbursed, including green options such as walking and cycling to work! Working from home allowance. Babysitting budget for working parents with children ages 0 -12.
