Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Sales Manager to join our expanding team. As an Associate Sales Manager at Pretim, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients within the financial services industry. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Present and demonstrate our SaaS solutions to prospective clients. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Pretim. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities. Assist in the development of sales materials and presentations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the fintech or SaaS industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
