As a (Senior) Research Associate Cell banking you will be responsible for the cell banks for tumor cell lines - With your up-to-date knowledge of and experience in different cell culture techniques you will culture small scale to large scale tumor cell banks for research groups within the company - Establish good laboratory practices and maintain the high-quality cell banking procedure - With your excellent documentation skills, you will document your work and continuously asses good documentation processes - Continuously assess and proactively look for ways to improve our current work flows and optimize our processes.   For the position of a (Senior) Research Associate Cell banking we are looking for a MLO or HLO educated Life Sciences candidate (PhD candidates will not be considered for this position) - At least 1-2 years of work experience in a GLP/GMP environment with various cell culture techniques in either biotech, pharma companies or academic environments - Have hands on mentality as this role requires actively working in the lab - Capable of working and maintaining a GLP laboratory - Capable of organizing and prioritizing work - Recognizing the importance of working according to the agreed research-based Quality System, which includes adhering to procedures and detailed documentation of your work - Experience with electronic lab documentation systems - You are detail oriented, flexible to change focus
