Within the Tribe Payments, you'll dive into the heart of customer journeys for payment initiation while also tackling exciting challenges in external fraud prevention, employee banking applications, and Direct Debit Products. As a Business Analyst with team Crescendo, you will play a pivotal role in our DevOps squads, ensuring we deliver top-notch services to our customers. Team Crescendo is at the forefront of developing and maintaining critical services, including the innovative Payment Request and the sophisticated Sign Orders feature. Sign Orders, a cornerstone of Rabobank's Business Banking platform, allows our business customers to digitally sign payment orders and batches seamlessly. These customer-facing applications are integral to Rabobank's complex payment system landscape, and your expertise can help us enhance these vital services. Ready to make a significant impact? You and your job As a Business Analyst you are the link between business and IT. You will gather, analyse and document the business requirements for subjects related to Payment initiation. You translate these requirements into workable solutions for the DevOps team. As Business Analyst in our team you will: support the product owner in translating complex business concepts into bite-sized functional and technical stories; translate business epics to features and product backlog items; align with different stakeholders in for example workshops and design sprints; support your squad with the realization of the applications; be, together with your squad, responsible for creating, continuously improving and managing different applications; Investigate future functional and technical requirements and spearheading experimentation projects. To give you an idea, here are some facts about us: We have over ten million accounts. We serve approximately 8.7 million customers worldwide. On peak moments, we process over twenty-five million transactions per day. During peak moments, we process over twenty-five hundred transactions per second.

This is what we offer a gross monthly salary between €4.292,- and €6.130,- (scale 9, 36 hours per week (40 hours possible)). 13th month and holiday pay: the holiday allowance and annual allowance will usually be paid out in 12 equal monthly instalments.
