Multidisciplinary teams collaborate to achieve results, and as a Scrum Master, you can ensure nothing stands in their way. Balancing coaching and guidance, you can remove impediments and drive success! As a Scrum Master you are key in delivering results, by ensuring that nothing stands in the way of a good teams delivery. You are able to strike the balance between coaching the team and guiding the team. Impediments will initially be removed by you while guiding the team to remove the impediments in the future. We are looking for an experienced scrum master who is able to structure the multidisciplinary squads, solve impediments, who uses style flexibility to achieve the ambitious goals. You will interact with the other scrum masters to manage the work of the Area, you keep an eye on the dependencies and you are able to clearly communicate to the PO’s and other business stakeholders. You stand your ground, you have a vision on how to improve, you are flexible in ways to achieve the goals. You use rationale arguments to show your opinion, this is in line with your attitude and atmosphere of mutual respect. This approach results in a clear goal and highly motivated team members. Next to result driven, you align you activities with other in and outside of the team. You built on trust and achieve structural improvements in how we work together. As you are self-aware and know your strengths and weaknesses are able to make these effective or know where you need support. Some practical examples Active participation in achieving the department’s objectives Alongside fellow Scrum Masters, ensuring a clear and concise Scrum strategy within the department Proficiently using Azure DevOps as an enabler to enhance Squad professionalism and reduce administrative workload Top responsibilities Delivering the IAM Foundation goals, with the teams assigned to you. Minimum of 5 years of experience with Scrum Way of Working as a Scrum Master. Proficient in English; Dutch language skills are advantageous. Financial Environment Experience and Azure DevOps Expertise:

Preferably has worked in a financial environment and proficient in Azure DevOps. Cultural Adaptability:

Had experience in working with diverse cultures, including offshore teams. This is what we offer you A gross monthly salary between €4.292,- and €6.130,- (scale 9, 36 hours per week). 13th month and holiday pay: the holiday allowance and annual allowance will usually be paid out in 12 equal monthly instalments. Employees have the option once a year to opt for the holiday allowance to be paid out in May and the annual allowance in December. An Employee Benefit Budget. You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions, or even receiving a monthly cash pay-out. An annual personal development/training budget of € 1.400,- 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport. A monthly € 40,- net work from home allowance, based on working from home 5 days per week. A monthly € 40,- net internet allowance. Attractive pension fund with a personal contribution of 3.5% or 5.5%, that is up to you. Rabobank will contribute 21.5%.
