SC&VM is looking for an intern to help us managing and maintaining security event monitoring (SIEM) and data loss prevention (DLP) systems, investigating and monitoring alerts and contributing to the design and implementation of security controls across different domains. Besides participating in general security incident response and monitoring activities, we like you to help us to challenge our security posture with contributing in user awareness trainings, phishing campaigns and projects related to the workspace to ensure that they comply with GBI baselines. Daily execution of incident response activities. Assist with security event monitoring (SIEM) systems to ensure the timely detection of security incidents and threats. Assist with management of data loss prevention (DLP) systems to ensure that sensitive data is protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Assist with information security user awareness program, creating end-user phishing simulations to educate employees about potential cyber threats and how to prevent them. Monitor and analyse reported phishing emails and take necessary actions accordingly to prevent potential data breaches. Assist with information security risk reviews and mitigation follow-ups.
