As a data analyst within CDS, you will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights, performing analysis, visualising in Power BI and conveying your key insights to your stakeholders. You contribute by prioritising and giving a positive impulse to a data-driven way of working in collaboration with the business. Within CDS we focus on bringing customer data and processes in control and we help change programs by making impactful analyses. Projects you can think of: Doing deep dives on data quality Provide insights into the operation of customer processes such as Client Onboarding (NCTO) Impact analyses of new regulations Monitoring/self-service BI dashboards in Power BI Vulnerable customers (social impact) You work together with your stakeholders for whom you are the data business partner. You are their guide for making data-driven decisions. Working environment

Customer Data Solutions (CDS) is the end-to-end product unit responsible for generic customer processes and all customer and party data. CDS consists of 4 departments: CDS Data office, Customer Generic Processes, CDS Grid and Steering & Expertise. The data analyst will be part of the CoE BI & Data Analytics team (part of CDS Data Office). "You can rely on us!" Your profile

You possess excellent analytical skills and you are strong in getting the message across Up to 2 years of relevant work experience Experience with one of the following programming languages: SQL, Python/PySpark Experience with visualising in Power BI or a similar visualization tool A relevant (university) degree Full Professional English, Professional Working Dutch You understand the business and can convey technical subjects in a non-technical language You have strong communication and interpersonal skills which helps you to collaborate with various departments You are able to translates data insights into effective and attractive visualisations in Power BI You have a curious mindset and know what is happening within the organisation with regards to projects you work on You take responsibility, you are self-organizing and you take initiative We are offering
