You and your talent Bachelor/master's degree in economics or finance; Knowledge of our Structured Lending products, food and agribusiness sector knowledge. Experience with monitoring activities associated with automated loan transaction solutions. Customer focused, service oriented, self-aware with the ability to work in an international, multi-cultural environment Excellent interpersonal skills – with an ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders Strong communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English (verbal and written). Excellent analytical skills with the ability to convert data to meaningful information.
