Profile How you will make a difference You will help us to ‘change finance to finance change’, by playing a central role in the cyber defense strategy of Triodos Bank. You are an advisor on security aspects to other ICT teams and will coordinate the implementation of changes and improvements to our cyber defences. You will work closely together with the Security Operations Centre and assess the impact of alerts and incidents. Some of the changes on our roadmap relate to topics that will have a big impact on our IT organisation in the future, such as adoption of AI and a continuous growing cloud environment. Together with the team: You will support ICT and the security team with your expertise on (cyber) security, with a focus on constant improvement and development of our cyber defences. You will be a knowledge and sparring partner for the SOC analysts from our security partner that operates the Triodos Security Operations Centre. You will maintain a network within the bank and outside the bank to gather and share knowledge on cybersecurity You will dive into the world of cyber security and help to improve the cyber resilience of the bank and particular of our ICT infrastructure You will be working in the following processes: vulnerability scanning, baseline compliance scanning, threat intelligence & assessment, security incident management, change management, attack surface management, penetration and red team testing (organising), security monitoring, security architecture and product selection. On a daily basis, the team works closely with the colleagues from an external security partner that provides the Security Operations Centre services for Triodos Bank.
