You and your future During the Advanced Analytics Young Professional Program you are going to develop your career over 18 months by becoming an expert in your field. Throughout the program you will stay in one team and receive training to further develop your hard skills. You will get a buddy who guides you in finding your way within the bank. In the field of your personal development, you and your fellow starters follow the Pioneer Program and you will receive 1-on-1 coaching from your talent manager. We prepare you for your own personal success! What can I expect at the end of the program? Become an expert in your role Built up a strong network of like-minded professionals within the bank. A steep learning curve in terms of soft skills. After 18 months you can continue to work in your team or choose to apply for a different position within the bank. You are part of the newly formed Tribe Data & Analytics Products and Transformation. We accelerate and scale the Data & Analytics value generation throughout Rabobank. With a strong focus on adoption of new (AI) technologies and reusability we enable Tribes to solve challenges or create opportunities with the power of reusable Data & Analytics. Within the Tribe Data & Analytics is the Area Enterprise Analytics Products. The Area Enterprise Analytics Products is responsible for the shared Building Blocks and helps others lower their time to market, increase cost efficiency and improve quality of their Data & Analytics solutions. The focus lies in creating a foundation of data and analytical frameworks that drive innovations across the entire bank. The Area Enterprise Analytics products consists of more than 80 Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, and Software Engineers that work closely together in an agile environment. Within this Area, you may find yourself developing robust data science solutions whilst having varied collaboration with different stakeholders. In your day to day work you will use tools such as Python, Spark, Azure, Neo4J, and Airflow. Next to this we work with frameworks such as agile scrum, DevOps, DataBricks, Visual Studio, and Git. Nevertheless, the environment is fast-paced and quickly developing, and therefore the tools and methodologies we use are everchanging. Examples Investigate patterns within transactional data to create insights for users in the banking apps and various stakeholders across the bank Build databases to detect and visualize patterns within transactional data to prevent economic crime Develop user interfaces so that stakeholders can interact with the output of data science models 2 business challenges within the Advanced Analytics Young Professional Program Practical The duration of the program: 18 months. The start date: October 1, 2024. 40 Hours workweek. About 10-15% of your weekly working time is spent on personal development, training and other activities. The other hours are spent working within your team. Every Friday afternoon is Advanced Analytics Professional Afternoon at the office! You and your talent At the start of the program, you`ve obtained a master's degree or a doctorate in Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering or another STEM background. Approximately 0-2 years of work experience. Currently living in the Netherlands. Interest in quantitative analysis and programming. Knowledge of Python, R, Matlab or another programming language. An excellent command of the English language. This is what we offer you A salary of € 3.791,07 gross per month (scale 7). A 13th month's salary and vacation pay.
