As the EPM Systems Technical Lead, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the enhancements, monthly tasks, and feature set for our EPM solutions. This role requires providing technical leadership and managing projects to ensure our EPM systems meet the evolving needs of the business. You will work closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT to drive continuous improvement and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities of the EPM Systems Technical Lead:

• Product enhancements, delivery and backlog management:
  • Define and monitor product goals and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with the overall product strategy and business objectives.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Engage with key stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements for EPM system enhancements and new features.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to update on product progress and gather feedback.
• Technical Guidance:
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team.
  • Ensure the architectural integrity and performance of the EPM systems.
  • Oversee technical documentation and the implementation of best practices.
• Project Management:
  • Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project dependencies.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project delivery.
• User Experience and Adoption:
  • Ensure the EPM systems provide a user-friendly and intuitive experience.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to drive continuous product improvements and increased adoption.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Technical Lead, or Project Manager, specifically within the EPM domain.
• Strong technical background with experience in software development or technical leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of EPM processes and tools such as OneStream, Hyperion or similar.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in an EPM tool, Project Management (PMP, PMI-ACP), or related fields.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
• Experience in Treasury Management Systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
