We are looking for a Portfolio Manager, focusing on Listed Real Estate Equities, to join the Real Estate team at Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Management. The Real Estate Team manages both listed and non-listed Real Estate strategies with assets under management totalling approximately € 4 billion. The team uses an innovative, data-driven approach and has a world-leading investment track record versus respective benchmarks and peers. In the position of Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for analysing Listed Real Estate companies using the in-place investment framework. We process millions of data-points daily to help analyse the quality of real estate, sustainability, financials, management and corporate governance quality. The combination of investment, data and ESG knowledge is critical in this role. The Van Lanschot Kempen Real Estate team consists of 10 energetic and dedicated professionals who work together in a ‘one-team’ approach. The team operates as an independent investment team within Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Management, working closely with other investment specialists within our organization.
